I absolutely adore Wendy Bevan’s work. Her photography portfolio is wonderful and I believe she uses a polaroid camera to achieve these incredible images. The following series is one of my favorites and reminds of the colonial era, it feels like a New England town by the water and something very similar to The Crucible or Hester Prynne from The Scarlett Letter.

WOW! They remind me to me The Piano… when she’s at the beach trying to save her piano … when she’s at home unable to speak … so powerful.
